# Get a signed preview URL for an object

`GET /v1/admin/storage/buckets/{bucket}/objects/preview`

URL: https://docs.spacerun.co/docs/platform/reference/storage/previewStorageObject

- **Operation ID:** `previewStorageObject`
- **Tags:** Storage
- **Base URL:** `http://localhost:8787`

Returns a time-limited signed download URL (JSON); the object bytes themselves are served by Supabase Storage at that URL, not by this API. `expiresIn` is in seconds (60-86400, default 3600).

**Workflow:** [Integration guide](https://docs.spacerun.co/docs/platform/guides/uploads-and-media).

**Authentication:** staff Bearer JWT with permission `storage.read`.
